Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Soulflame.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unlit candles in their original packaging.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for candles that have been used, lit, or damaged after delivery.

4. Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact soul.flame.studio.pro@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
